Yes, obesity is a challenge. However, so are judgmental people, those who think they are better than others and those who talk about topics they are not educated about. To determine how much you should weigh (your ideal body weight) several factors are considered, including age, muscle-fat ratio, height, sex, and bone density and many more intrinsic factors.

The Nutrition Plan

The idea is to evolve an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule & lifestyle so that there is no question of going “on” or “off” the diet.

How it Works

Its a simple 3 step procedure:

Step 1:
You will start by filling a 3 days diet recall sheet which will help us figure out your existing eating pattern, food likes- dislikes, nutrient & calorie intake. Also an activity recall for those 3 days so that we know exactly what your energy expenditure is and how it changes during the day.
This ‘exercise’ is important so that the diet is planned around your activities. Give as many details as possible and don’t just fill up the sheet from memory.

Step 2:
After we get your recall, Nutritionist will work out a diet for you. You will be expected to follow it . The diet is pretty simple to follow, it doesn’t confirm to normal understanding of dieting and usually people complain that they have to eat a lot more than they ever have! The whole idea is to cultivate an eating pattern that you can stay with for the rest of your life. A little bit of planning, discipline and determination can make the process of change very easy.

Step 3:
Once you receive the diet, you can start keeping a diet diary to document daily intake & timings. From there on your diet plan will be changed every 2 weeks based on your feedback. In addition, there will be a dedicated time slot for you every week where you can discuss your issues and progress over phone with Chief Nutritionist.

 

Nutrition Packages :

The minimum commitment that I need from you is 2 months. Here are the details of different packages:

Package: 2 months/ 4 months/ 6 months

Details:

  • Meet Nutritionist once every two weeks. In case of online clients, you will speak with Nutritionist over phone.
  • Diet changed every two weeks by Nutritionist with your feedback.
  • Dedicated time slot every week for a phone follow up .
  • Email and phone support for your queries/ clarifications.
